Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements for Plantation Municipal Utility District including but not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance, rehabilitation and protective coatings of Lift Station No. 1 influent manhole; recoating Lift Station No. 1 valve vault cover, surface preparation and recoating of the Lift Station No. 2 wet well along with the application of concrete repair mortar to damaged sections inside of structures; demolishing and replacing Lift Station No. 2 wet well riser piping, complete with protective coatings; bypass pumping and flow through gravity bypassing while the work is being performed on Lift Station No. 2 and the influent manhole; miscellaneous lift station electrical work including replacement and rehabilitation of the terminal boxes, terminal blocks, and wiring; installing duct seal at all conduit penetrating the wet wells; miscellaneous steel structure rehabilitation including repairs to the dewatering canopy and clarifier walkway; extension of the existing on-site potable water line to install a permanent emergency eyewash/shower station; construction of new sludge transfer pump station foundation and containment slab, including relocation of the existing sludge pump to the new slab, installation of a second sludge transfer pump for redundancy, and piping tie-in to the existing dewatering facility, electrical control panel and controls; miscellaneous equipment and piping recoating; electrical improvements including replacement of the main distribution panel, replacement and relocation of existing Motor Control Center (MCC), MCC weather resistant enclosure, new automatic controls, new underground conduit and wire from new MCC location up to existing MCC location, tie-in of existing electrical loads, and new low voltage transformer and lighting panel.
