Work Will Involve The Remodel Of An Existing Facility To Convert Existing Storage Rooms Into A Small Commercial Kitchen And A 40-seat Dining Hall For Seniors Along With Some Ancillary Work Related To The Project. The Project Is Primarily Funded By The Department Of Housing And Urban Development (Hud) Through Clark County. It Is Subject To An Environmental Review To Be Approved By Hud. In The Absence Of Such Approval, The Bidding Is Void And The Owner Has No Contractual Obligation To The Bidders. The Project Is Also Subject To The Davis Bacon And Related Acts And To Section 3 Of The Hud Act Of 1968 (U.s.c. 1701u) And Regulated By The Provisions Of 24 Cfr 75. Clark County's Section 3 Policies And Procedures Shall Apply. Women, Minority, Disabled Veterans, And Low-income Individuals-owned Businesses Are Encouraged To Submit Bids.
