Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The UNLV Dental School project is the tenant improvement remodels of three (3) individual areas at the Shadow Lane campus; the Auditorium, the Special Needs Clinic/Business Office and Lobby with associated public spaces. The construction will be phased, and the scope includes selective demolition, framing, drywall and MEP to accommodate the new layout. The safety of students and staff is paramount at all times during this project. Firms not appearing in the NSPWD List of Qualified Bidders OR firms who have not been deemed qualified for the CCSD MPID 0015064 project or UNLV CL-2024-024 project may obtain a qualification application from Martin-Harris. SMALL BUSINESSES, WOSB, MBE, VSOB, SDVOSB, DBE and diverse subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors are encouraged to participate in this qualification process directly.
