Renovation of a transportation facility in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Project will create a new Baggage Service Office space on the bag claim level of the Terminal. The Project also includes the renovation of the current Delta Baggage Service Office to allow access to the bag belt system inside. Other Details The Response File is for all information requested in Section III. Submission of Bids and Exhibit A - Proposal Forms. A. Timetables B. Goals for minority participation for each trade 11% C. Goals for female participation in each trade 6.9% This Contract is effective as of the date first set forth above. Contractor shall commence the work and services under this Contract within 10 days of the Owner's issuance of a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. Contractor must achieve Substantial Completion of the work and services on or before July 1, 2024, unless this Contract is terminated earlier pursuant to the provisions herein. Contractor shall complete all final work, services, and project closeout per Special Provisions Section 5 on or before 30 days from the date of Substantial Completion.
