Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Walla Walla, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

General Project Description: The project is located on Meinburg Road crossing Coppei Creek. The project will replace the existing structure and approach roadway. This will include having completed plans and specifications, environmental permitting, and right of way acquisition. Required Project Deliverables Design Survey compatible with AutoCAD C3D 2020 or later. Preparation, submittal, and finalization of a geotechnical/subsurface investigation report. Preparation, submittal, and finalization of a hydraulic report. Preparation, submittal, and finalization of biological assessment and any other documentation for environmental permitting. Permitting will be coordinated by the County. Structural Engineering. Identification of existing right of way/property line boundaries and the determination of appropriate right-of-way acquisition. Identification of any impacted utilities Refer questions pertaining to this RFP to Misty Jones at 509-524-2710. This project has a 13% DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) goal Schedule is to have the project bid ready no later than August 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
