The City of Walla Walla Engineering Division is requesting qualifications for traffic operation engineering services as part of the Myra Road Traffic Signal Coordination & Illumination Project. The City's intent is to have a consultant develop timing and coordination plans for 5 traffic signals along the Myra Road corridor from Electric Avenue to The Dalles Military Road. The proposed project will collect existing traffic counts, document turning movements and traffic patterns, and develop local timing and coordination plans for the five traffic signals identified and implement/fine-tune the timings in the field.
