Renovation of an educational facility in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
WWCC - Main Building HVAC Upgrades - Walla Walla Communitty College The project's scope of work it to replace HVAC equipment and related ductwork, louvers, piping, and electrical work in Penthouse #3 on the roof of Building D, along with the bid alternate replacement of AHU #6 and related ductwork, piping, and electrical connections in the basement of Building D. The intent is for the work to occur simultaneously over a three-month on-site construction period (maximum) to allow for the existing system to be shut down in its entirety to simplify replacement. B. Reference all technical specifications for definition of the requirements related to the demolition, connection, support and replacement equipment related to the HVAC improvements that are a part of this project. The Project consists of the base bid removal and replacement of AHU #6 in the basement of Building D, and the replacement of the HVAC equipment and related architectural and electrical work for the upgrade of Penthouse 3 on the roof of Building D. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be available to prospective, in-person attendees directly following the pre-bid meeting.
