Question Submission Deadline:April 2, 2024, 12:00pm Summary The City of Edgewood is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. Background Installation of new and upsized storm sewers on Ashley Drive in the City of Edgewood to alleviate flooding in the area. Replacement of impacted concrete pavement and driveways is also part of the project. Project will take place in part on private property through a sewer easement. Winning bidder shall take particular care to accommodate the impacted residents to minimize inconvenience in access to their property throughout the project. No bid may be withdrawn, once the bid has been deposited with the Owner, except in accordance with Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 102.11. Proposals received after the time for the opening of bids will be rejected and not reviewed. All bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. Project shall be completed, and bids prepared in conformance with the information contained within the attached Contract Documents and Specifications.
