Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgewood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of approximately 1,989 linear feet of varying sizes of storm sewer pipe, approximately 538 linear feet of jack and bore for 36-inch diameter carrier pipe with the option for open-cut trench excavation provided the contractor meets the requirements of the Geotechnical Report, and the complete installation of approximately 13 storm manholes, 22 double curb gutter inlets, two standard curb inlets, five yard inlets, 5 x 5 inlet control structure, headwalls (24 thru 48), by-pass pumping, and restoration items as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by CT Consultants, Inc. Engineers. Questions Due: May 14, 2024 by 4:00 PM EST Bidders shall provide bid security in amount to ten percent (10%) of the base bid and proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder shall furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a Surety company satisfactory.
