Site work for a water / sewer project in Edgewood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 628 feet of 6" PVC water main and 960 feet of 8" PVC water main along with the appurtenances and related work along Beckridge Drive in the City of Edgewood. The total Contract Price shall cover all Work required by the Contract Documents. All costs in connection with the proper and successful completion of the Work, including furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; providing all construction plant, equipment, and tools; and performing all necessary labor and supervision to fully complete the Work, shall be included in the unit and lump sum prices bid. All Work not specifically set forth as a pay item in the Bid Form shall be considered a subsidiary obligation of Contractor and all costs in connection therewith shall be included in the prices bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all project materials, except for items supplied by the Owner as indicated in the Bid Item Descriptions below and on the bid form.
