Site work for a civil project in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 4/09/2024 2:00 PM CST. Submit questions via online Q/A 48 hours prior to bid opening; addenda up to 24 hours prior The major items of work include: Installation of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 6" Green C900 DR18 PVC Sanitary Sewer Force Main including the grout filling and abandonment of existing 4" sanitary sewer force main, clearing and grubbing of easement and right-of-way, connection to proposed lift station header piping, and all other associated work. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of the City of Willis in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. furnishing all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following: East Stewart Creek Lift Station Force Main Upsizing
