Renovation of a medical facility in Washburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Bayfield County and Northern Lights Health Services, Inc. are accepting proposals for a Window Replacement Project in the Nursing Home portion of this facility. This project will include supplying all materials and labor to remove and replace existing windows with new windows. Questions should be addressed to both Chris Place (maintenance@nlhealth.org) and Mark Abeles-Allison (mark.abeles-allison@bayfieldcounty.wi.gov). Bayfield County and Northern Lights Health Services, Inc. are accepting proposals for a Window Replacement Project in the Nursing Home portion of this facility. This project will include supplying all materials and labor to remove and replace existing windows with new windows. Replace windows utilizing specifications attached. Work will be done per the attached RFP Specifications and Proposal shall be complied with and become a part of this agreement. All windows shall be: Fiberglass and Vinyl Double Pane Low E Direct Set Opening windows, see proposed changes. Window configuration: Alternate configurations listed below. Existing Interior Wood trim to be carefully removed and reused after cleaning. o Interior Trim: 2 1/4 W x 3/4 D o Note* All dimensions were measured including the interior trim
