Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,155-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The project includes interior work in the Historic Courthouse basement and first level of the Sheriff's department. Work includes removing and installing non-bearing interior walls to expand, add and reconfigure existing offices and meeting rooms. The work will also include new doors, flooring, suspended ceilings, cabinetry, painting, etc. HVAC and Electrical will be included as design/build contractors. START DATE: August 5th, 2024, Start date is negotiable depending on contractor's availability COMPLETION DATE: February 28th, 2025 PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: 100% of contract price Only qualified General contractors may submit bids on this project work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner.
