Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Bayfield County is seeking qualified and certified contractors to remove an existing 10,000-gallon underground gasoline fuel tank located at the Bayfield County Courthouse, 117 E Sixth Street, Washburn, WI. The project includes the removal of the underground tank, associated concrete, and fuel pumps/lines. There is an existing pedestal supporting both gasoline and compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling that will need to be moved next to the existing CNG fuel pump. Work will include site cordoning during construction and repair and full site restoration, including replacement of asphalt or concrete.
