Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Washburn, Bayfield County WI, that it will receive bids for crack sealing on the following Town roads: Church Corner Road (from County Trunk Hwy C to Paulson Road). Chequamegon Heights Road (from Wannebo Road to Sky Road). Sky Road (from the intersection of Chequamegon Heights Road and Sky Road, west on Sky Road to its dead end). Nevers Road (from Chequamegon Heights Road to Bjork Road). The cracks must be cleaned and filled, utilizing mastic fill. The successful contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate for the work. The contractor shall be responsible for traffic control during the work. Method of Measurement: the manufacturer's weight of mastic, incorporated into the work, will be accepted as the basis of measurement. Basis for payment: payment shall be full compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for cleaning and preparing cracks as well as furnishing and placement of mastic. Payment for cleaning and filling of cracks, shall be upon satisfactory completion of and upon inspection of the Town Board and/or Town Chairman.
