The Government intends to award a single award firm-fixed-price contract for the replacement of the Washburn tree cooler refrigeration system. This system is critical for keeping tree seedlings alive prior to planting on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Acquisition and source selection will follow the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36. A site visit/pre-quote meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 29th at 10:00 AM CT. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days.
