The project generally consists of 6,400 square yards of pulverize and relay asphalt pavement, base course, and 7,600 square yards of asphaltic pavement overlay. The teleconference line will be open 10 minutes before bids are due. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.
