The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of the installation of approximately 5,400 LF of 8" water main and appurtenances. Additionally, the project includes a connections to the existing water main, 4" gate valve(s), 8" gate valve(s), PVC casing pipe and steel casing. The right is reserved by the Owner, in the exercise of its sole judgment to reject any or all Bids, and to re-advertise and award the Contract in the regular manner or to waive any informalities, irregularities, mistakes, errors, or omissions in any Bid received and to accept any Bid deemed to be responsive to this invitation and favorable to interests of the Owner.
