2024 SEAL COAT Aggregate Supply Contract: Garfield County - Washington : 2024 Chip Seal Aggregate (1200 Tons of 1/2" Oil Rock Chips) &tempmargin;As per the contract specifications - the stockpile site shall be on Contractor furnished site and must be within 40 miles of Pomeroy - Washington. Garfield County will haul purchased materials from stockpile site by June 15 - 2024. Materials not meeting minimum specification are subject to penalties as per WSDOT Standard Specifications - which may include no payment for rejected materials. : Garfield County Public Works Department Bids must be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects - and to reject any or all bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Deposit of Cash - Cashier's Check - or Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid.No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening
