Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 2,800 feet of City utilities, reconstruction and recondition of approximately 11,600 centerline feet of rural and urban roadway, pulverizing and relay of existing pavement, existing surface removals and crushing, excavation and roadway grading, rock excavation, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, pre-cast concrete box culvert, concrete masonry wing walls, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, concrete sidewalk, concrete multi-use path, electrical conduit, associated lighting, asphalt paving, pavement markings and signing. The anticipated substantial completion date is June 13, 2025 and final completion date is June 27, 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. The River Road Reconstruction project is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP).
