Materials supplied shall meet the requirements of the section 305 of the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation standard specifications for road and bridge construction, current edition. The base course material shall be 1 1/4 " dense grade base. Bids for both virgin and recycled material are requested. The Town Board of the Town of Seymour reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality in any bid submitted and to make such awards as they deem most advantageous to the Town of Seymour.
