The City of Harrisburg's Department of Facilities is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to perform Construction Management services for the reconstruction of the historic brick building at the Broad Street Market (the "Project"). The selected firm will serve as Construction Manager and provide pre-construction and construction management services for the Project as detailed in the Scope of Services. The goal of this RFP is to provide the City of Harrisburg with a clear and compelling proposal to assure project delivery at a competitive price and a quality level of a highly experienced team. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal reviewed. The City may also reject any proposal which does not conform to the instructions herewith.
