As of May 13, 2024, project has not been awarded yet, timeframe will be within 2-3 weeks. The City of Harrisburg's Department of Facilities is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to perform Construction Management services for the reconstruction of the historic brick building at the Broad Street Market (the "Project"). The selected firm will serve as Construction Manager and provide pre-construction and construction management services for the Project as detailed in the Scope of Services. The goal of this RFP is to provide the City of Harrisburg with a clear and compelling proposal to assure project delivery at a competitive price and a quality level of a highly experienced team. Contractor Selection March and April 2024 Intent to Award (Notice) April 2024 Contract Commences May 2024 Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Mar 15th 2024, 11:00 PM EDT N/A Prospective Proposers shall carefully review this RFP for defects. Inquiries concerning defects must be made in writing to hdgreene@harrisburgpa.gov and received at least five (5) business days prior to the due date of the proposal. This will allow time for the issuance of any necessary addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal reviewed. The City may also reject any proposal which does not conform to the instructions herewith. Additionally, the City reserves the right to negotiate all final terms and conditions of any agreement entered into.
