Work under this contract involves replacement and rehabilitation of concrete pavement and asphalt streets in the City of Lorain. Partial new aprons, curb ramps, curb and gutter, pavement markings, signage updates, and drainage structure adjustments will also be part of the improvements COMPLETION DATE: October 31, 2024 Bids must be accompanied by Certified Check or Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit equals to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bond for the full amount of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond properly secured.
