Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Article 4 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15 of the General Conditions within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run or liquidated damages in the amount of one thousand ($ 1,000.00) dollars per calendar day will be charged
