Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Elkins, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Boiler Demolition bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond with their submission, and the successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of bid opening without the consent of the Owner. The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality, deemed to be in the best interest of the project. The City of Elkins will afford full opportunity for minority-owned business enterprises to respond to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin in the contract award. Neither US Department of Labor Wage Rates, nor West Virginia Division of Labor Wage Rates apply to this project.
