New Main Entrance & Secure Vestibule: - Project is to Replace the existing Exterior Aluminum Entrance framing & add a new Secure Entrance Vestibule, includes new Flooring, T-Bar Ceiling/Tiles & Lighting with all new Doors & Door hardware. - This entrance will have a new Grandstream Video Intercom system tied to the existing Kanotech Security system. - Existing Security system in the school to be modified with electrical upgrades. - The Existing Hallway Doors "D-7" & "D-8" are to be removed and replaced with new steel doors, all new door hardware & Painting of Doors & Existing Door Frames. - One existing single Exterior Door Operator to be Remove & Relocated along with adding one new Door Operator to the new Vestibule. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%); of the Contract Price Perform Work during the period from Tuesday, July 2, 2024 to Friday, September 13, 2024; Substantial Performance of the Work to be completed not later than Friday, August 30, 2024.
