Renovation of a residential development in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot, 15-unit residential development.

Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Removal of existing floor finishes and vinyl base, and installation of College supplied new, Interface vinyl tile and College supplied new, 4" vinyl base in approximately 15 apartments, about 15,000 sq. ft +/-, over four different Residence Life locations. Timeframe: As specified, between 13 May - 27 July 2024. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Bond or check shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents via web site Messages/Vendor Discussions feature in o Questions in regards to the bid shall be received no later than Friday, 22 March This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
