Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Borough of Bellevue (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: DCED Blight Remediation. Questions Due Date: Apr 10th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Estimated Contract Value: $150,000 - $165,000 The Project includes the following Work: Complete demolition and site stabilization of the following vacant properties in Bellevue Borough: 31 East Roseridge Street, 146 Ridge Avenue, 211 North Balph Avenue. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Statutory Requirements. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project, and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources that affect the project, pursuant to Act No. 247 of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved October 26, 1972. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Borough of Bellevue reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough of Bellevue, and to reject any or all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
