PROJECT ESTIMATE: $679,105.00 Mason-curtis Street Sanitary Sewer Extension This project consists of the installation of a gravity sanitary sewer from Curtis Street to the Hayhoe Riverwalk, within the City of Mason City Limits: Construction shall include: removal of existing bituminous material totaling approximately 1100 Syd; replacement of bituminous base course and wearing course totaling approximately 300 tons; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 300 Lft, removal and replacement of 6" driveways and ADA ramps totaling approximately 420 Sft, installation of 8" and 12' sanitary sewer totaling approximately 1200 Lft including structures; Bore and Jack installation of 30" steel casing with 12" sanitary sewer totaling approximately 100 Lft; Directional drill installation of 12" sanitary sewer below wetlands and Sycamore Creek totaling approximately 466 Lft; signing and traffic control, complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items
