Scope of Services This project will resurface 1.35 miles of pavement on Manhattan Boulevard from Stickney Avenue to Wallace Boulevard. This incudes removing and replacing the pavement as well as pedestrian ramp improvements. The pavement width varies from 28 feet to approximately 60 feet. The asphalt is to be milled to a depth of up to 3.25 inches and replaced with 1.75 inch asphalt intermediate course and a 1.5 inch asphalt surface course within the resurfacing area. The project also includes 100 feet of multi-use path as well as signal improvements, pavement striping, and structure adjustments.
