Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Columbia School District is requesting proposals from companies to provide Fire Sprinkler Work throughout the District buildings. Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 12:00 PM CT For inquiries or questions about the bid or specifications, please contact the following: Ms. Lisa Ozanich, Assistant Purchasing Agent Email: lozanich@cpsk12.org The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposals received whenever such selection, rejection or waiver is in its best interest. Award of this bid is planned for May 2024 Contract will be effective July 1, 2024. This contract shall be subject to renewal for two (2) consecutive one-year periods after the initial (1 year) contract period, pending agreement between both parties and Board of Education approval.
