Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oakdale, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
SEAL COAT SURFACING The work is to be completed prior to September 1st, 2024 or a penalty may be assessed. The work shall consist of Seal Coat Surfacing various town roads. The bidder shall clearly specify the following information on the bid form: -TYPE AND APPLICATION TEMPERATURE of liquid asphalt to be used. -GALLONS of liquid asphalt to be used per mile 20 feet wide (4200 gal.). -UNIT PRICE per gallon of liquid asphalt. -TYPE of cover aggregate to be used (3/8 inch washed 100% fractured granite chips). -TONS of cover aggregate to be used per mile 20 feet wide (130 tons). -UNIT PRICE per ton of cover aggregate. -TOTAL PRICE per mile 20 feet wide. -EQUIPMENT to be used (list by piece). -EMPLOYEES to be on project (list by job class). The town board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that bid deemed most advantageous to the town.
