The Village of Oakdale, Monroe County, WI will accept sealed bids for the following paving project on East Woody Drive (starting on East Woody Drive at 50' from intersection of Jay St, Jay Street (from the Intersection of Jay Street and East Woody following 250' on Jay Street towards Robin Drive) and West Woody Drive (sitarting at Concrete from Hwy PP for 500 into West Woody Dir). The bid includes overlay of the existing pavement with 1.5 inches of new Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (4LT 58-28S) Including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary furnish and install AC pavement including saw cutting and asphalt removal for the driveways, existing pavement preparation , tack coat, asphaltic material , placement, compaction, testing, addition of gravel material as shoulder to compensate for the rise in the road profile. Additionally, the Village would like to ask the contractor to repair (2) dips in the pavement; ( 1 ) near the 250of Jay Street and (1) near the 500' on West Woody Drive by removing a section of existing asphalt, adding gravel and prepare for paving.Contract No 1 : The East Woody Dr project starting at Route no. 1 which is 50 ft from the intersection with Jay St. to intersection Jay St and Route no. 2 which starts at the intersection and goes on for 250 ft towards Robin Drive. Contract No 2: The West Woody Drive project starting at concrete on County Hwy PP and continuing 500 ft. to the west of West Woody Dr The Village of Oakdale reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the oidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Village of Oakdale *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
