The Fargo Public School District ("District") is seeking bids for Annual Chiller Unit Service & Inspection for a 3-year period beginning May 2024. Provide annual inspection, testing, start-up, and pump down service of all District chiller units for a 3-year period (May 2024, May 2025, and May 2026) All chiller unit inspections, testing, and start-up to be completed by June 1st of each calendar year All chiller unit fall pump down services to be completed in October of each calendar year Coil cleaning will not be accomplished as part of annual inspection. Coil cleaning on District chiller units will be awarded as a separate contract Pricing to include overtime, device accessibility, electronic report documents, escalation charges, and all other associated costs The successful bidder will receive a Purchase Order upon Board approval and final approval of funding source. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all specifications. Awards will not necessarily be made based on price alone. Suitability to purpose, design, quality, past service, date of delivery, or other factors deemed to be in the best interest of the District may also be considered. The District shall be the sole judge of these factors. In all instances, the decision rendered by the District shall be final and not subject to contest by others. Please submit all questions online.
