Reference Number 0000266739 Defence Construction Canada - Request for Proposals (RFP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of various systems, primarily Mechanical and Electrical Systems: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from firms to establish a Service Contract to provide regular/frequent inspection of HVAC, plumbing systems, gas detection systems, propane components, and general facilities infrastructure maintenance, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at DCTF Galiano, Colwood, Victoria, British Columbia. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The ITM service contract will be for a period from July 2, 2024, through March 31, 2027. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional three (3) year periods. The total estimated value of this opportunity (including Prime Cost Allowances for Additional Work Requests) is in the order of $1,560,000 for the initial period of service and the two additional option periods.
