Description: Joeris General Contractors, LTD (Construction Manager) will be accepting trade partner proposals for SAISD Brackenridge HS - Athletics Addition & Renovations (GMP - 2B) Project Description: The scope of work comprises of the following: 1) New dance and gymnasium building totaling 21,000 SF +/-. 2) Renovation of an existing athletic building totaling 51,750 SF +/- 3) Site improvements consisting of flatwork, utilities, natural turf baseball and softball field, artificial turf batting cages, fencing, landscaping, asphalt, etc. Construction Schedule: Construction schedule will be forthcoming Expected Start: July 1st, 2024 *Project documents have not yet been obtained to post.
