The referenced SOW differs from the SOW that Joint Base Langley-Eustis AFB. It is important to read carefully. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. This responding parties are solely responsible for any costs associated with their response. The government will not reimburse any company or any individual for any expenses associated with preparation, submission, or participation in response to this notice. The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this notice or information provided as a result of this sources sought notice. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.
