Light Fixture Replacement. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Only questions submitted through the Penn Bid website and answered as part of an addendum will change any aspect of this request for quote. The intent of this quote is to contract for light fixture replacement at the Frosty Hollow Tennis Center. The Performance Bond Shall Be Conditioned Upon the Faithful Performance of the Contract in Accordance With the Plans, Specifications and Conditions of the Contract. Labor and Material (Payment) Bond With Surety in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. The Labor and Material Bond Shall Be Conditioned Upon the Prompt Payment of All Material Furnished and/or Labor Supplied in the Prosecution of the Work. Also Required is a Maintenance Bond With Surety in the Amount of 10% of the Contract Amount. The Maintenance Bond Shall Be Surety Against Defective or Inferior Materials or Workmanship Which May Develop During a Period of One Year From Date of Total Completion and Acceptance of All Work Performed Under the Contract. SCOPE OF WORK Remove existing lighting and install new LED lighting on the existing poles on six tennis courts. There are 12 light poles, two poles on six courts with three lights on each. Install addressable lighting controller with smart device connection in the office located at the Frosty Hollow Tennis Center-4503 New Falls Road, Levittown. Work is to be completed Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved by the County. SPECIFICATIONS These specifications are intended to describe light fixture replacement as described herein with no standard equipment deleted. Any items omitted from the specification that would adversely affect the operation, and longevity of the light fixtures is to be considered part of the specifications. Bidders must upload a list of projects completed within the last five years of the same scope.
