Questions Due Date: Mar 27th 2024, 1:00 PM EDT The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA) is requesting Bids for the construction of the MILL & GARDNER CREEK STREAMBANK RESTORATION - CONTRACT NO. 2024-14, generally consisting of the construction of approximately 2,100 linear feet of streambank restoration in Plains Township, Luzerne County, PA. Bids shall be provided as total price. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Project.
