Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power forthe complete performance of this project as follows: Improve the existing alley between W Packard Ave, Kinsmoor Ave, Indiana Ave, and Beaver Ave by the removal and reconstruction of the existing concrete alley and adjoining sidewalk, and restoration of disturbed areas. Bond Notes: The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. Owner Rights: The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Timothy Byer - (260) 427-5757 or timothy.byer@cityoffortwayne.org. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
