The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power forthe complete performance of this project as follows: Improve the existing alley between W Packard Ave, Kinsmoor Ave, Indiana Ave, and Beaver Ave by the removal and reconstruction of the existing concrete alley and adjoining sidewalk, and restoration of disturbed areas. Bond Notes: The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. Owner Rights: The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
