The following roadways are included within the Brookfield Subdivision scope of work: Brookfield Drive and Brookfield Court. The following roadways are included within the Eagle Way Subdivision scope of work: Eagle Way, Talon Court, Feather Court, Downey Nest Court, and Eagle Crest Drive. No traffic information was available upon completion of this report. However, we assume traffic is primarily cars with the occasional delivery and garbage truck. The purpose of our investigation is to determine and evaluate the general pavement and subsurface conditions within the two subdivisions and develop general recommendations for the proposed pavement rehabilitation/reconstruction. Description This work consists of removing concrete pavement for pavement repairs in accordance with Section 603 of the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction except that all pavement removal for pavement repairs will be paid for using the pay item Pavt Repr, Rem, Special regardless of the size of the slab removed for the repair. Additionally, the pay item Pavt Repr, Rem, Special shall include intermediate saw cutting as required to remove and dispose of the concrete.
