Government Bonds (at Par Value) or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety, in the Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total of the Bid Amount, for the Center Point Fire Station #3, Project #cfs-24002. The Center Point Fire District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. All Bidders Must Be Licensed by the State of Alabama Licensing Board of General Contractors, as Required by Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama 1975 as Amended.
