Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sunset, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project will consist of removal, treatment, and disposal of accumulated sludge from the sewage treatment pond at the Town of Sunset Wastewater Treatment Facility. Bids received after the time specified above will not be considered. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Sunset, the amount of which is not to be less than five (5) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract should it be awarded to him in conformity with the Documents. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the full amount of the contract must be completed upon award of the contract by the successful bidder. The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this Contract within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
