This project is a renovation of existing high school, middle school, and elementary school and includes replacing select window systems, updating HVAC controls, and updating fire suppression systems. All bidders must clearly outline their ability, capacity, and associated cost to furnish payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder.
