As of June 19, 2025, project was awarded to P&C Construction but award amount is not available. Any information relevant to the RFP will be recorded in an Addendum and issued to pre-proposal meeting attendees. Contact Dan Hess at dan.hess@bric-arch.com with questions. Scope: The project scope includes seismic strengthening for portions of John F. Kennedy High School. The portion of the building to receive seismic strengthening consists of approximately 10,000-square feet. The intent is to strengthen the building to an Immediate Occupancy seismic performance level. Construction Phase: For purposes of this proposal, assume on-site construction to commence July, 2026, and be completed September, 2026. May 28, 2025 Last Day for submittal of questions at 4 PM
