**As of April 25, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project consists of construction of a regional park. Specific elements include the following: a. Removals, temporary erosion control, grading, aggregate trails, picnic shelter, counter wall, concrete pavement, nature exploration area, site furnishings, signage, and seed vegetation restoration. 2. All work under this Contract shall be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2024. All work shall be completed on or before December 31, 2024. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Said proposals are for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 71,000 SF 4" Thick Aggregate Trail 3,365 SF 6" Thick Concrete Pavement 1 LS 40'x44' Picnic Shelter with Post Concrete Footings/Stone Piers and Building Signs 24 LF Counter Wall (Concrete/CMU/Stone with Stainless Steel Counter) 1 LS Nature Exploration Area (wood and boulder play area) 1 LS Earthwork 1 LS Utility Work (Shelter Electrical Lighting/Receptacle and Yard Hydrant/watermain/plumbing) 1 LS Site Furnishings (Picnic Tables, Benches, Receptacles, Grills, Fire Ring, Kiosk) 1 LS Signage (Interpretive Board, Directional, Traffic) and Striping (Crosswalk) 2.5 AC Erosion Control and Turf Establishment No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with Benton County and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond made payable to Benton County for five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. Benton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid or bids which best serve the interests of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date.
