Snow Plowing Contractors the Brockway Township Board of Supervisors is Soliciting Quotes for Winter Snow Plowing and Sanding for the Year End of 2025 - Spring 2026. The Township Has Approximately 50-56 Miles of Paved Road With Only a Small Number of Gravel Roads to Be Done. A Road Map is Attached for Review. Please Identify on the Attached Form the Following: o Types of Trucks and Equipment Available for Use on Township Roads o Hourly Rates for Each Type of Equipment o Hourly Rates for Labor o Cost for Salt/sand Per Cubic Yard o Hourly Rates for Salt/sanding o Emergency Call-out Rates o Overtime Rates if Awarded the Quote, Contractor Will Execute a Contract Between the Township and Their Firm Brockway Township Board Reserves the Right, at Its Sole Discretion, to Reject Any or All Responses, Issue Addenda, Request Clarification, Waive Technicalities, Alter the Nature and/or Scope of the Proposed Project, Request Resubmittals, and/or Discontinue This Process. Contractors Must Be Able to Guarantee a 2-hour Response Time
