Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

For The Provision Of A General Contractor (Gc) For Installation Of A New Parking Lot, Southeast Of Greenway Elementary, Provide Power And Connections For Portables North Of The Existing School, And Install New Storm Facilities At Both Locations. Project Location: 9150 SW Downing Drive, Beaverton, OR 97008 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. New paved parking lot areas and concrete sidewalks. 2. New stormwater improvements and stormwater treatment facilities. 3. Installation of temporary portable buildings. The scope of work includes: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other facilities and services as necessary and/or required to execute all work. Work to include supplying, storing, and handling of all required materials. Work includes protection of portables and replacement/repair of any damaged surfaces on all sites including, but not limited to landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lots. Secure necessary trade permits. The building permit will be provided by BSD. All work areas shall be cleaned of any construction debris daily. Contractor is responsible for material removal and disposal. Upon completion of the project, the General Contractor is to provide final cleaning of all work installed, replaced, or repaired. Contractor to provide all necessary equipment to build a new parking lot on the southeast of the site. Contractor to provide all necessary equipment and material to provide all work documented on the plans. Contractor to provide all necessary connection to all utilities including but not limited to; Storm lines, electrical/low voltage, and conduit routing between portables. Contractor to provide electrical connections and lighting controls for new parking lot. Contractor to add or modify lighting at the portable classrooms. This Contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
